TUMBLING TODDLERS PROGRAM
This fun-filled program teaches coordination and basic motor skills while having a ton of fun. This environment not only introduces them to the exciting and bouncy world of gymnastics, but also starts preparing them for the structure they’ll need for preschool and kindergarten. All students will be given instruction on bars, balance beam, vault, and mini-trampoline. Movement and tumbling skills will also be featured.
Parent participation required.
Tumbling Toddlers 1 - Beginning
Ages: 1-2½
Sundays: 10:45 a.m. – 11:25 a.m.
Tumbling Toddlers 2 - Beginning
Ages: 2 ½-5
Sundays: 11:30 a.m. – 12:10 p.m.
TUMBLING FOR CHEER PROGRAM
These classes are designed for kids who want to learn how to tumble whether it is for cheer, martial arts, or just for fun. Our tumbling program starts with basic rolls, handstands, and cartwheels and moves on to more advanced skills as children progress and become more skilled. More advanced students will work on round-off back handsprings, aerials, tucks, layouts, and full’s. All students will work on flexibility, fitness, and other skills.

Tumbling for Cheer 1 - Beginner
Ages: 6-12      
Sundays: 2:40 p.m. – 3:40 p.m.

Tumbling For Cheer 2 - Beginner   
Ages: 13-18   
Sundays: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

GYMNASTICS PROGRAM

Kiddie Gymnastics
This class is designed to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness through progressive gymnastics skills. The session features movement education, which is a confidence builder that improves a child's spatial awareness, flexibility, and coordination. All students will be given instruction on different pieces of apparatus such as bars, balance beam, vault and tumbling mat. Parent participation is required as needed.

Ages: 5 - 8
Sundays: 12:15 – 1:10 p.m.

Youth Beginner Gymnastics
This Program will teach basic gymnastics skills and fundamentals. Classes will include warm-up exercises geared for conditioning and flexibility, as well as floor exercise and balance beam work. Instruction will also be given on other apparatus, including mini-trampoline, bars, vault, and tumbling.

Ages: 9-12
Sundays: 1:50 p.m. – 2:50 p.m.
